This painting was inspired by a visit to a Greek museum and finding a collection of Minoan cups in the glass cabinet. This is a modern interpretation of the collection of cups, over 3,500 years old.

I had an intense experience looking at such beautiful and intact relics of our human past - even though it was in a museum and through the filter of glass. I hope it inspires others too.
